Our Signature Hot Sculpt Pilates is designed to lengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body in a warm, energizing environment. Using intentional Pilates sequencing and controlled resistance, you'll build lean muscle while protecting your joints.

FAQ: What You Need to Know
Before Class Care
Safety is important to us and we know heat affects everyone differently. Before class we recommend:
• Drink plenty of water the day before your class
• Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before class
• Wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothing
• Arrive 10 minutes early to acclimate and check in
After Class Care
It can be exhilarating and taxing to take a heated class. After class we recommend:
• Rehydrate with twice as much water as you usually drink (added electrolytes are a plus, your body will thank you)!
• Eat a balanced meal or snack within 1–2 hours after your class
• Stretch lightly or walk to cool down
• Listen to your body and rest
The Heated Studio
Our studio uses specialized heaters to maintain a temperature of about 85-95°F. This range enhances muscle elasticity, detoxification, and cardiovascular intensity.
Are Heated Classes Safe?
Most healthy adults can safely participate. However, if you are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, please consult your healthcare provider first. And as always, STAY HYDRATED!
Do I need prior Pilates experience to join a class?
What should I bring to a heated class?
No. Our classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors offer modifications for all levels. Just let your instructor know it’s your first time so they can keep an extra eye on you and make sure you feel right at home.
We can fit around 30 participants but only have 12 mats, weights, resistance bands and towels to accommodate the first twelve students. Please bring your own equipment if you have it along with a water bottle, sticky socks and a smile. :)
